Inspection & release
Quality Control
How orders are inspected and released before shipment — and what happens to a batch that does not pass.
- Released by
- Quality personnel
- Applies to
- Every batch
- Checked against
- Agreed spec, standards, samples
- Documents
- Per model, where confirmed
Four separate milestones
Each batch is released by designated quality personnel against the agreed specifications, applicable standards and approved samples. A batch is not treated as released just because manufacturing is finished: sales coordination, progress photos and shipping booking do not replace quality judgement.
- 01
Manufacturing complete
The batch is finished against the agreed specification.
- 02
Inspection passed
Checked by quality personnel, not by sales.
- 03
Packing complete
Packing is confirmed before the goods leave.
- 04
Ready to ship
Release is a separate step from booking the shipment.
What is checked on a batch
The basis for each check is the order itself: the agreed specification for the model and size, the applicable standards, and the approved sample. Figures come from that agreed specification — never from a general catalogue claim.
| What is checked | Checked against |
|---|---|
| Dimensions and length | The agreed specification for that model and size |
| Working and burst pressure | The values confirmed for that model |
| Lining, cover and appearance | The approved sample |
| Marking and packing | The order requirements, before loading |
| Test and certification documents | Confirmed evidence for that specific model |
Nonconforming batches
Held, not shipped
A batch that does not meet the agreed requirements is held and isolated from delivery. The factory proposes corrective action, and the batch is released only after re-inspection passes.
Any effect on the agreed date is confirmed with the customer in writing before the schedule changes.
Third-party inspection & documents
Where third-party inspection is agreed in the order, it is arranged as agreed and the goods are released after it passes.
Test or certification documents are provided per model when confirmed evidence exists for that specific model. Performance, standards and certification claims apply only to the model they are confirmed for — we do not present a general factory introduction as proof of a specific product's performance.
Inspection & packing timing
Inspection and packing time is evaluated per order and stated in the quotation or Proforma Invoice (PI) as extra time or an estimated ready-for-shipment date, separate from the production period.
