How to Order
How a first order moves from enquiry to shipment.
Order Process
- Enquiry. Send your requirement — model or application, size, conveyed medium, pressure, temperature and quantity. One sales contact follows the whole order.
- Specification confirmation. We confirm the specification against your medium, working pressure, temperature range and installation environment.
- Sample (if needed). Standard samples for regular products; custom samples are assessed first.
- Quotation and PI. Price, quantity, lead time, packing, payment and trade terms are confirmed; after you confirm the quotation, we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI).
- Payment. New customers: 30% deposit and 70% before shipment for regular production orders. Stock small orders, large orders and custom orders follow their own agreed terms; existing customers are negotiated order by order.
- Production. The production period runs in calendar days from the agreed payment milestone, includes scheduling, and ends at manufacturing completion. Progress is updated at least weekly and at key milestones.
- Final payment, inspection and packing. The final payment is collected after manufacturing completes per the original PI; inspection, packing and formal quality release follow, with third-party inspection where agreed.
- Shipment. After the order's payment conditions, quality release, packing and shipping details are confirmed, the goods are dispatched; shipping documents and tracking follow.
- After-sales. Your original sales contact handles use questions and exceptions. Remedies for our shortage or wrong shipment are agreed case by case and do not require a new order.
Common Questions
- MOQ (minimum order quantity): production MOQ is confirmed per specification. Stock items can be bought in small quantities. Trial orders below production MOQ are assessed by the factory and may carry a higher unit price or extra production costs.
- Samples: standard samples are free within the approved allowance, freight paid by the customer; custom sampling costs are evaluated per case.
- Payment terms: for stock orders, the USD 3,000 PI total is the threshold between payment methods — it is not a site-wide MOQ. Existing customers' terms are agreed per order.
- Lead time: the production period is calendar days to manufacturing completion; inspection, packing and the ready-for-shipment date are stated separately in the quotation or PI.
- Response time: the first reply to an enquiry or quality complaint comes within 1 sales working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). This is the reply time, not a promise to finish technical assessment or resolve a complaint the same day.
- Final quantity and freight: the actual quantity and final freight difference are confirmed before dispatch.
