Company & factory
The six product categories are basically produced by our own factory, so range, size and mixed orders are coordinated in one place instead of being split between trading partners.
Customers deal with the factory directly through one sales contact who stays with the case from enquiry and specification confirmation through production coordination, shipment and after-sales. Progress in production and delivery is reported proactively, and problems are coordinated quickly when they appear.

Hydraulic hose is supplied only as bulk coils or cut lengths — hydraulic fittings and crimped assemblies are not supplied; customers who build their own assemblies source the tube from us. Applicability and limits are confirmed per model against the conveyed medium, working pressure, temperature range and working environment.
How orders are checked
Each batch is released by designated quality personnel against the agreed specifications, applicable standards and approved samples. A batch is not treated as released just because manufacturing is finished.
- Manufacturing completion — the batch is finished against the agreed specification.
- Inspection passed — checked by quality personnel, not by sales.
- Packing complete — packing is confirmed before the goods leave.
- Ready to ship — release is a separate step from booking the shipment.
