Coils or Cut Lengths: How We Supply and Settle Length

Hose and tubing are supplied as bulk coils or cut lengths; automotive rubber hose is also supplied as fixed-shape formed parts. Fixed-length and variable-length coils are both available depending on the product and specification, and each is quoted separately.

What the quote states

For variable-length coils, the quotation states the length range per coil, the shortest single piece, whether multiple pieces are allowed and the cap on the number of pieces. Settlement is on the actual total length.

Actual length settlement

Where the actual total meterage of a variable-length order differs from the proforma invoice estimate, we tell you the actual total length and amount before shipment and get your written confirmation, then update the order and shipping documents. The difference is settled at the payment milestones agreed for that order.

Tubing is normally priced per meter and formed parts per piece; the quotation always states the unit, quantity and coil-length conversion.
